The Solution

The training uses scenario-based eLearning, interactive knowledge checks, and branching dialogues to help learners recognize unproductive language, apply conflict resolution strategies, and practice productive communication. This closes the gap by equipping employees with shared skills to handle conflict constructively.

e-Learning

The course includes immersive scenarios, drag-and-drop activities, and tabbed interactions, applying adult learning principles to keep learners engaged. Feedback loops and branching choices allow learners to practice decisions in realistic situations.

The Process

The training uses customer scenarios to model authentic conversations, showing associates how to respond to verbal and behavioral cues. Interactive branching dialogues, role-play examples, and objection-handling exercises reinforce adult learning principles by allowing learners to practice in realistic, low-stakes environments.

The Process

The course was designed using the ADDIE model, beginning with a needs analysis of staff behaviors and business challenges.
