The Solution
The training uses scenario-based eLearning, interactive knowledge checks, and branching dialogues to help learners recognize unproductive language, apply conflict resolution strategies, and practice productive communication. This closes the gap by equipping employees with shared skills to handle conflict constructively.
e-Learning
The course includes immersive scenarios, drag-and-drop activities, and tabbed interactions, applying adult learning principles to keep learners engaged. Feedback loops and branching choices allow learners to practice decisions in realistic situations.
The Process
The design followed the ADDIE model, with scenario design and storyboards guiding development in Storyline. Effectiveness will be evaluated using Kirkpatrick’s Level 2 (knowledge checks) and Level 3 (on-the-job behavior changes).
